Subject: Rich Update
Danl -
An update on Rich Mullins, Canticle, etc.
There has been a change in the management of Rich. Gay Quisenberry and/or Crucible Productions are no longer associated with Rich, Kid Brothers, Mitch McVicker, or the Canticle in any way. It has been a mutual - friendly - professional parting with nothing but the best of wishes for all parties concerned.
I just returned from Nashville, meeting with Rich and taking care of business. It is now official, Rich has signed a record contract with Myrrh Records. All parties involved are excited. We anticipate him being in the studio this fall working on a new album to be released probably next spring.
While I was gone, I received a shipment of 500 Canticle CD's. The other 500 made were shipped on the road and thus, some have mentioned purchasing it at concerts and that is true. I am in process of preparing the mail orders for shipment. All orders placed prior to August 1st will ship out of Wichita, first class mail on Friday, August 22nd.
Orders placed since August 1st will be mailed out August 29. Those checks are just going to the bank today, and that will allow adequate time for them to clear. We realize there has been some frustration with the delays and appreciate the patience and confidence of all those placing orders.
We are in process of establishing a new phone number with a voice mail
system to provide information to those requesting such. All correspondence
should be addressed to:
Kid Brothers of St. Frank, Co.
303 N Hillside
Wichita, Kansas 67214
All booking is being handled through William Morris in Nashville. That phone number is 615-963-3000.
Fan mail may be a bit slow in being answered while we are in transition, but we will do our best.
I'll provide you with more information as it becomes available. Feel free to publish any or all of this information you wish to your mailing list.
