Rich Mullins' family has commissioned James Bryan Smith to write a devotional biography about Rich's life. Rich lived with Jim and his family for a while during the time he lived in Wichita. Jim was good friends with Rich and is a professional author. It will be published by Broadman & Holman.
This book is being written right now and will be released sometime next year. It will be a devotional biography that will focus on some of the themes of Rich's life. It will hopefully let people know more about Rich and in the end point them to the God who Rich followed. This will be the only book authorized by the Mullins's family. We hope that this book will honor Rich and glorify God. We hope that it will do what we believe Rich did in his life - turn people's focus from him to a God who works through His servants here on earth.

Don't forget, you can still attend the Canticle of The Plains musical and/or come to the concerts even if you don't participate in the workshops.
If you do not have web access there has also been an auto-response email address setup to access the necessary information. Just send email to email@example.com.
P.S. One more little tidbit I'm pretty excited about - yours truly was cast as St Frank's father in the Canticle. :-)
